One operating model. Every decision connected.
Dotwork connects strategy, goals, capital, work and outcomes in a live enterprise operating model — giving people and AI the context to make better decisions and adapt faster.

Strategy, budget and work live in different places.
Strategy sits in slides, budgets in spreadsheets, work in Jira. Tools get added to see across them — and connecting everything quietly becomes a permanent job.
Strategy lives in slides
Written once a year, then drifts away from daily decisions.
Budgets live in spreadsheets
Which spend serves which goal is hard to see.
Work lives in Jira
Progress on the ground never gets translated back into strategy.
Once it's connected in Dotwork
When strategy shifts
You see what moves with it, the same day
Reallocating budget
A decision for one afternoon, not a year-long project

Syncs automatically from Jira and Linear
And now there's AI. An agent is only as useful as the context it can reach.
If AI can't read how your company fits together, it can't help with company-wide decisions.
Don't start from scratch. Start from the reference.
Start from a reference model, fill it with your data, and shape the last mile. No need to design an operating model from a blank page.
01
Start from the reference
Reference models for steering, funding and delivery, plus industry editions for banking, insurance, healthcare and construction.
02
Fill it with your data
Connect Jira, Azure DevOps and the tools you already use. For each system, choose to connect it or run it in Dotwork.
03
Shape the last mile
Adjust the model to your structure and the terms your company actually uses.
Three solutions, one operating model.
Start small with one module and grow from there. Every solution runs on the same operating model.

Three ways to start
Start small
Pick one foundation module

Model the enterprise
All three solutions together
Bold items are each solution's foundation module. Licensing is based on operating scope, not seats.
AI reads and surfaces. People judge and approve.
Dotwork's AI reads the whole operating model as context. The goal is a self-steering company — never an autonomous one.
AI
Read
Reads the whole model, from strategy to work.
AI
Surface
Surfaces risks, dependencies and trends.
People
Judge
Weigh the impact and decide what to do.
People
Approve
Approve the change and move forward.

Your company's context, in the AI tools you already use.
With Dotwork MCP, tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and Copilot Studio get secure, live access to your ontology, objects, relationships and history. Currently in beta.
Ready for SAFe, and for your security team.
AI-Native SAFe
Not a SAFe overlay — the whole model. Release trains, lean portfolio management and architects work from the same model. Other frameworks are supported too.

Runs on AWS, with dedicated (VPC) instances available
In Japan, Genero helps you get started.
In September 2025, Genero became a founding partner of Dotwork Connect, Dotwork's partner program. We bring our SAFe experience to help you roll it out — in Japanese.
Modeling and rollout
Decide where to start, then build your model together.
Pairing with SAFe
Support for running SAFe and Dotwork side by side.
Support in Japanese

Frequently asked questions
Anything else? Just ask.
QHow is it different from Jira?
Jira manages team work. Dotwork connects that data and ties it to strategy, goals, investment and outcomes in one company-wide model. It's a steering layer above Jira, not a replacement for it.
QDo we have to replace our current tools?
No. For each system, you choose: connect it as a digital twin, or replace it and run that part in Dotwork.
QDo we need to use SAFe?
No. Besides SAFe, Dotwork supports OKRs, TBM, FinOps, BIZBOK and other frameworks.
QIs it available in Japanese?
The product and help center are currently in English. Genero supports you in Japanese throughout rollout and day-to-day use.
QWhere is our data hosted?
Dotwork's core infrastructure runs on AWS. For stricter data-residency needs, dedicated VPC instances are available. We'll confirm the details with you before rollout.
Product information is based on Dotwork's website and help center as of October 2026. Screens are illustrations.
Start with one question you want answered.
For example: "Which strategy does this investment actually serve?" Tell us one question that's hard to answer today, and we'll show you how Dotwork answers it.
