Information Security Policy

At Genero, our first goal is to satisfy not only our customers, but all the people involved in our services, and we aim to be a company that is trusted and reliable.

1.We will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, and will respond to changing information technologies and new threats.

2.We will provide information security education to all employees and thoroughly inform them of our policies, in order to raise and maintain awareness. We will also comply with the requirements of our customers and other stakeholders, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

3.We set objectives for the management system and information security, review them periodically, and continually implement and maintain improvements.

4.We delegate the responsibility and authority to the management representative to implement, maintain and improve the management system.
