Cloudflare sits between the Internet and you.

Keep your servers and apps as they are. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network, where it's protected and accelerated before it reaches you.

To the nearest location

Every request lands at the closest Cloudflare data center.

Protected and accelerated there

Attacks and bots are stopped, identity is checked, and cached content is served on the spot.

Only clean traffic reaches you

Your servers and apps only see traffic that has been checked.

60+ services, four ways to use them.

They all run on the same network, so you can start with one and combine them later.

Application Services

Faster, safer websites

CDN, DNS, WAF, DDoS protection, bot management and API protection — faster pages, fewer attacks.

Sansan cut web-app security operating costs by about 90%

Cloudflare One · SASE

Workforce access, without the VPN

Zero Trust checks every user and device before granting access to internal apps, and protects web browsing and SaaS use.

Fujitec moved 3,300+ employees off VPN in about 45 days

Email Security

Stop threats arriving by email

AI-powered detection catches phishing and malicious email before it reaches the inbox.

Japan Airlines blocked nearly 22,000 malicious emails in six months

Developer Platform · AI

Build at the edge, protect your AI

Run code everywhere with Workers. AI Gateway gives you visibility and control over AI apps, and protects them from misuse and data extraction.

Easy to turn on. Harder to get right.

You can start using Cloudflare just by switching your DNS. But which services you choose, in what order, and how you configure them makes all the difference. As a Cloudflare consulting partner, Genero helps you design and roll it out.

Common sticking points

How Genero helps

So many services — where do we even start?

We assess your setup and priorities, and start where the impact is biggest.

Will the site go down when we switch DNS?

We plan the cutover and checks, and migrate the lowest-risk pieces first.

The WAF is blocking real customers

We tune rules against your logs to balance protection and usability.

Replacing the VPN all at once feels risky

We move to Zero Trust step by step, app by app or team by team.

Assess

Map your setup, issues and what matters most.

Design

Choose services, sequence and configuration.

Phased rollout

Switch over in stages, checking as you go.

Review and tune

Refine settings based on what the logs show.

Built for Japanese requirements.

Local data centers, data handling and certifications — the questions that usually come up first.

  • Four data centers in Japan

Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and Naha — all four run AI inference.

  • Keep traffic processing in Japan

With the Data Localization Suite, HTTPS traffic can be decrypted and processed only in data centers in Japan.

  • ISMAP registered

Cloudflare for Government (Japan) is registered with ISMAP, Japan's government cloud security program.

  • Major certifications

    ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS 4.0 and more.

Frequently asked questions

Anything else? Just ask.

QDo we need to change our servers or hosting?

No. Cloudflare runs in front of your existing servers, so in most cases you start by switching your DNS settings.

QDo we have to drop our VPN all at once?

No. You can move app by app or team by team. Fujitec moved more than 3,300 employees from VPN to Cloudflare's Zero Trust in about 45 days (Cloudflare case study).

QCan our data be handled in Japan?

Cloudflare has four locations in Japan: Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and Naha. With the Data Localization Suite, HTTPS traffic can be decrypted and processed only in Japan. We'll confirm which services and settings apply to your setup.

QDoes it help with AI?

Yes. AI Gateway gives you visibility and control over AI apps, and AI Security for Apps protects them from misuse and data extraction. With Workers AI, inference can run in Japan too.

QWhich plan should we choose?

There are several plans for both websites and Zero Trust, depending on scale. We'll help you choose based on the features and support you need.

QWhat exactly does Genero do?

As a Cloudflare consulting partner, Genero helps you choose services, design the setup, roll it out and refine the configuration. We'll explain how to contract based on your setup.
