Genero supports companies in the following three business areas. We provide three services: "DXP implementation support", "DXP operation support", and "Kamihaya", a low-cost DXP platform specialized for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Genero is particularly focused on cloud services such as Drupal, an open source CMS (content management system), and Mautic, an MA (marketing automation), and has more than 30 engineers working at home and abroad at all times, and has experienced more than 50 DXP implementation projects to date.

Genero's strength is its unique solutions that promote innovation and strengthen business by combining open source with the core competencies of companies.
